Washington DC interns return

The US Consul General Niels Marquardt welcomed home the US Studies Centre's Washington DC business interns at a reception at his residence last week.
The 20 students were presented with certificates of achievement by the Consul General and the University of Sydney Vice Chancellor, Dr Michael Spence, in a ceremony that was attended by program donors, including Lucy Turnbull, David Anstice and Fleur and Leonard Harlan.
The Washington DC internship program is in its second year and provides 20 University of Sydney Business School students with the opportunity to study and intern in the American capital for nine weeks over the Australian summer.
