Q&A Event for Prospective Postgraduate Students at the CBD Campus

Prospective students from all areas of industry are invited to attend the University of Sydney Business School's Postgraduate Information Session for 2013. The event will be held at the Business School's new CBD campus and will start at 6pm on the Wednesday 16 October 2013.

Prospective students will be able to find out essential information about postgraduate study options, course structure and content, scholarships and career opportunities. It will also be an opportunity to network with current industry leaders and to acquire one-on-one advice from Business School academics, learning support staff and alumni.

Event MC Helen Dalley, presenter of Sunday Business and Sunday Agenda on Sky News Australia, will lead the Q&A panel discussion, which will feature Associate Dean (Postgraduate Coursework) Professor John Shields,  Business School alumni and Sales and Operations Director, Hewlett Packard Gregory Collins (MBus '05, CertCom '06) and current MBA student Georgia Knox.

Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to speak one on one with program directors and current students, as well as submit an application on the night.

Associate Dean (Postgraduate), Professor John Shields is looking forward to showcasing the new CBD campus to prospective students.  "The Postgraduate Information Session offers those contemplating high-level study in business and management an opportunity to ask probing questions, receive direct answers, meet one-on-one with our program directors and academics, and hear from current students and alumni.  It's also an opportunity to visit our new CBD Campus which was purpose designed to launch the new MBA program."

The CBD campus was purpose-designed for the MBA program, with 4 lecture rooms, casual and formal meeting rooms and a flexible function space. It is conveniently located in the Stockland Building, 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
