Nation's leading entrepreneurs to reveal formula for success
17 Jul 2014
How do Australia's leading entrepreneurs explain their success and how do they plan to disrupt the market over the next year in order to stay in front of the digital, financial, entertainment or recruitment game?
The questions put to the cream of Australian entrepreneurial talent will be direct and the answers will be both frank and insightful as the Business School hosts the first in its "Millennial Series" for 2014.
The Millennial Series, developed by the Business School for our young alumni cohort, provides a unique opportunity for our most recent graduates to share opinions, gain valuable insights and hear from industry experts and leading Business School academics on current business issues.
Panellists at the event will include:
- Matt Symons, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, SocietyOne
- Brendan Burwood, Co-Founder and Managing Director, ipac Financial Care
- Darren Williams, Chief Technology Officer, Freelancer.com
- Charlie Caruso, Digital Media & Social Entrepreneur
While revealing their very individual recipes for success, all four have also agreed to talk openly about the mistakes they have made along the way to the top of Australia's dynamic commercial landscape.
Asking the questions will be Dr Eric Knight, Senior Lecturer in Innovation and Management at the Business School and a former Rhodes Scholar.
Date: Thursday 17 July 2014
