Research
Using the internationalization of emerging markets (both from and into) as the context of research EMIRG will make a contribution to theory building in the international business domain. That will, through individual and joint research work on emerging market firm internationalization, advance existing theoretical frameworks that explain internationalization strategies of firms in order to improve rigour and validity. Also, through studies on internationalization into emerging markets advance the use of institution-based theoretical frameworks to better understand emerging markets.
