The research is based on a study of 67 medium sized and large organisations in the private and not-for-profit sector in Belgium and six in depth case studies from these organisations.
Professor Fusulier is an expert in work/life research and is currently researching work/life balance in occupations such as nursing, the police, social work and scientific careers. He is an expert on European Union institutions and measures promoting work/life reconciliation.
