Bio

Camila graduated in the field of Civil Engineering with a diploma in Industrial Engineering and in Transportation and Logistics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She did her MSc degree in the same university under the supervision of Prof. Juan de Dios Ortúzar. Her MSc thesis estimated the valuation of households and neighbourhood attributes in the centre of Santiago, where she used Best-Worst Scaling combined with a traditional discrete choice experiment. Her PhD thesis will be supervised by Prof. David Hensher and is linked to one of his ARC-DP research projects called Integrating Attribute Decision Heuristics into Travel Choice Models.
