Bio
Cornelia joined the University of Sydney from the UK having graduated with her PhD in June 2007. Her thesis documents the development of a matrix to evaluate information content of voluntary disclosures. Her recent research has included extending and improving methodological approaches to evaluate narrative content in accounting research. Her primary research interest lies in the narrative organisations use to demonstrate their efforts in relation to environmental impact minimization and maintaining a sustainable future.
Cornelia is a member of The Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research (CSEAR) based in St Andrews, Scotland. Within the University, she is an active member of the Business and Professional Ethics Group (BPEG), the Sustainable Management of Organisations Group (SMOG) and the Women & Work Research Group.
