Bio

Before joining academia Jacqueline worked as a Senior Executive for Unilever on three different continents. Once she and her family decided to settle in Australia she worked primarily as a management consultant in strategy and innovation for companies such as Westpac, Colgate Palmolive, LendLease, CBA and the Australian Dairy Farmers.  She received her PhD in International Business in 2014 from the University of Sydney for an in-depth case study on Unilever’s interpretation and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility; a dissertation that won the prestigious Gunnar Hedlund Award in 2016.  Jacqueline’s main research interests are (1) the evolution of large multinational corporations and their impact on society – in particular on social and distributive justice - and (2) advancing qualitative research in the field of management.  She lectures in international business strategy, innovation and business ethics.
