Jeffrey's research explores different issues relating to decision making under uncertainty. His research focuses on how people's decision strategies leading to their judgments may be shaped by information framed through a problem's structures. His research also delineates the circumstances in which decision support systems contribute towards forecasting accuracy and decision quality. He is also interested in researching on how people's decision making under risk and uncertainty are impacted by their culture.
He has presented his works in conferences organised by the Decision Sciences Institute and International Institute of Forecasters. Jeffrey has also contributed to a number of case studies, instructor's resources and reviews for several text publishers in the areas of Marketing, Marketing Research and Services Marketing. He is a recipient of Dean's citation for tutoring in 2009 and 2010. He is currently teaching Marketing Research and New Products Marketing.
Jeffrey is a member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society (AMSRS), International Institute of Forecasters (IIF), and an associate member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). He consults to the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO).
