Bio

Louise Luff is a Scholarly Teaching Fellow in the Discipline of Accounting and teaches financial accounting at the postgraduate level. Louise’s main teaching interests are in the areas of business combinations and corporate investments. She has co-authored several editions of the textbook, "Accounting for Corporate Combinations and Associations".

Louise is CA qualified and has a Master of Education. Prior to joining academia Louise gained significant financial accounting experience from several professional accounting and commercial roles, including the accounting technical manager position for a large Australian financial institution. Louise has also been highly involved with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand CA and Quality Assurance programs.

Louise received a Business School Dean’s citation for teaching in 2016.
