Lucy supports the Business School by keeping the learning and teaching section of the website up to date and by contributing to learning and teaching quality projects in both support (Learning and Teaching in Business) and governance (Associate Dean, Learning and Teaching) functions. Her research interests include learning technologies, such as podcasting. She regularly reviews for the British Journal of Educational Technology (BJET) and the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (AJET).
