Maja relocated from Copenhagen, Denmark and joined WRC in August 2008 as a Research Analyst. Since joining the centre she has been involved in research projects focusing on the third sector, primarily workforce development in the Disability and Mental Health sector, seeking to identify pathways to skill growth or skill recession. Maja has extensive experience examining psychological health and stress in the workplace. She has been investigating the social and political relations of job stress among care workers in addition to examining factors influencing perceived and actual risk of injury or illness at work.
