Peter Lok's main research interests are in the areas of organisational change, cross-cultural management, Asian business, HRM and performance management. He has worked in many countries and he has extensive consultancy and executive teaching experience particularly in the Asian region. His recent publications are in the Journal of Management Studies, Applied Psychology - an international review, International Journal of HRM, International Journal of Cross-cultural management and Leadership and Organizational Development Journal. He is also the co-author of these recent books: The measurement and management of strategic change (Pearson Prentice Hall); The management of employee performance (Pearson Prentice Hall); and Fundamentals of International Business - An Asia Pacific edition (Wiley, Singapore).  He is a reviewer of a number of management journals. Dr Lok currently teaches in Organisational logistics and International Logistics. He has taught in MBA programs (1996-2008) in these areas: strategic change management; HRM and organisational performance; people, work and organisations; cross cultural management; and Asian business. He has also taught in research methodology in DBA and PhD programs (2006-2008). Dr Lok was a full time faculty of the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), University of NSW and The Graduate School of Business, University of Sydney between 1996-2005.
