Bio

Sabina Nielsen is Professor of International Management at University of Sydney Business School and also holds a Professorship with special obligations in Strategic Leadership and Diversity at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. She received her PhD from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and was visiting scholar at University of Washington, Seattle and University of Technology Sydney, Australia. Sabina’s research focuses on the composition, dynamics and decision-making of top management teams and boards of directors and appears in Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of World Business, and Strategic Organization, among others.
