Bio

Stephanie Wilson is part of the Educational Innovation in Business team. She is a Lecturer and coordinates the Tutor Development Program and other professional development activities in the Business School. She has a PhD in Music from the University of New South Wales in the area of music psychology and a postgraduate qualification in University Learning and Teaching. She has worked on a wide variety of strategic initiatives to support learning and teaching at the university and faculty level such as projects on the first year experience, the development and assessment of graduate attributes, and curriculum review and development. She was Project Manager for a national AUTC-funded project on Curriculum Development in Studio Teaching. Stephanie has a particular interest in the development of high quality learning and teaching programs and resources to support teaching staff and enhance the student learning experience. She coordinates the Educational Practice in Business Research Group, and her research has spanned different areas of learning and teaching including interdisciplinary learning, the development of students’ creative capacity, peer and collaborative learning, and curriculum development in studio teaching. She is co-convenor of the Centre for Research on Learning and Innovation’s Special Interest Group on Innovative Learning Spaces.
