Wing joined Learning and Teaching in Business (OLTEB) in 2009 as an Educational Designer. Besides providing discipline-based Blackboard support, he is also responsible for programs such as evaluating and piloting enhancements and other learning and teaching technologies to be integrated with Blackboard and learning technologies (such as SPARK, ReView and keypads). Wing has a Master of Education in Educational Administration and has a rich experience in teaching and school administration.
