Feedback received via this website is used for planning and evaluative purposes, and is monitored by the Business School's Program Advisers. Please note that you will not receive an individual reply to feedback submitted on this page.

  • If you wish to request a review of a particular academic or administrative decision, please follow the Business School's Appeals Process.
  • Feedback or complaints about a particular Unit of Study should be directed to the UoS Coordinator in the first instance, and to the Chair of Discipline if the issue cannot be resolved with the UoS Coordinator.
  • While we encourage feedback through this website in the first instance, you also have the opportunity to provide Business School-wide feedback via the Business School's Student Reference Group (SRG) by emailing your Business School Student Representatives. The SRG discusses all Business School-wide aspects of learning and teaching, including actions taken in response to student feedback. Individual issues that do not have program-wide or Business School-wide implications will not be considered by this reference group.
  • You may also contact the relevant elected student member of the Business School Board if you feel they may be able to help you.
