World Cafe Discussion: Sustaining Health + Wellbeing initiatives in your workplace: what are the main challenges encountered and how do you overcome them?
Happiness, Health + Wellbeing @ Work 2012 promises to be a great learning and networking opportunity for all involved with participants and speakers getting the opportunity to participate in our successful world cafe discussion which we held for the first time in 2011. This year's topic is Sustaining Health + Wellbeing initiatives in your workplace: what are the main challenges encountered and how do you overcome them? In this session participants will have the opportunity to discuss their challenges, obstacles and ideas with experts and fellow attendees. This important floor discussion will be facilitated by John Buchanan, Director of the Workplace research Centre.
The conference attracts around 100 HR, OHS and Wellbeing Managers each year from both the private and public sector. This is conference will be especially useful for those involved in implementing wellbeing programs in the workplace. Academics and policy makers are also encouraged to attend.
