Disability Service Workers and Job Stress: Are Intervention Strategies Working? 2012
Client: Australian Services Union/Workcover
This study expanded on existing knowledge related to workplace factors known to be associated with psychosocial risk and includes an examination of the effect that government prescribed funding models have on managing OH&S risks. It did this by exploring the extent and causes of job stress for disability service workers, and the effectiveness of intervention strategies, using injury statistics, key informant interviews, and employer surveys.
