The University manages several residences where you can enjoy the freedom of affordable self-catered accommodation close to everything you need.
There are five University-run housing options around the main campus: Abercrombie, Darlington House, Selle House, the Arundel St Terraces and the Queen Mary Building.
You can apply for these new developments (and all University-run housing) all year round, but be aware – most places are full to capacity well before the start of the academic year.
Abercrombie Street, Camperdown
All students (international and domestic).
$398 per week
Residents will also have access to large common and games area, a theatre, meeting rooms and study rooms.

Parramatta Road, Forest Lodge
Full-time postgraduate students only.
$235 for a studio; $265 for a one-bedroom apartment
Non-refundable acceptance fee of $200, and an $800 room deposit payable when the offer is accepted. Car spaces can also be rented for an additional $25 per week.
Arundel Street, Forest Lodge
Full-time students only. Note the terraces are mixed gender.
$195 for a small room, $215 for a medium room, $230 for a large room.

Queen Mary Building, Grose Street, Camperdown
Single bedrooms in a residential hall
$289 per week, for a term period commencing 20 July 2015 and ending 31 December 2015.
Kitchen items, pillows, bed linens, towels, personal electrical items and telephone.
Wi-Fi in all common areas, entertainment lounge, theatre, meeting rooms, study rooms, kitchenettes on each floor, shared bathroom facilities on each floor wing, sky lounges, rooftop garden, common laundries, fully equipped common kitchen, bike storage and music rooms.
