The Cancer Research Network links cancer researchers in the University of Sydney and its teaching hospitals and affiliated research institutes and institutions to build high quality cancer research capacity and achieve international cancer research excellence in areas of strength.

The Cancer Research Network Postgraduate Symposium aims to give University of Sydney postgraduate research students, from all disciplines, the opportunity to present their cancer related research, share and discuss work within the student community and to network with colleagues.
The symposium will be held on Tuesday, 29 November 2011 from 9.00am 4.00pm in the New Law Lecture Theatre 024 at the University of Sydney.

University of Sydney Cancer Research Fund Infrastructure Grants.
These grants are aimed at helping collaborative efforts between cancer researchers, and will provide funds for equipment, technical items such as databases and electronic platforms, and other shared or enabling resources, other than salaries.
Applications open Monday 10 October and close Friday 11 November.
Requests of up to $250,000 will be considered.
