Community Borrower aged 16+ (member of the general public)
Cost:
- $40 for 3 months
- $80 for 6 months
- $160 for 12 months
Required documentation for you to be issued with a card:
- Completed Library Borrower’s card application form
- Photo identification such as your driver’s licence or passport
- Two forms of proof of address (e.g. bank statement, electricity bill, rates notice)
