Required documentation for your card to be processed:

• Completed Library Borrower’s card application form
• Proof of enrolment for the current year such as confirmation of enrolment (student only)
• Proof of employment with your university (staff only)
• Photo identification such as your driver’s licence or passport

Students of Open Universities Australia are not eligible, students are advised to seek assistance from their home libraries.
