Non Financial Student Card

If you have activated the payment functionality of your card but no longer wish to have this feature. Or you are a new student and you wish to have a Student Campus Card without the Visa and ANZ logos, please complete this Non Financial Student Card application form and fax or email it to the Campus Card Centre.

  • You must ensure that any available funds on the card are withdrawn and your card has a nil balance prior to returning for replacement.
  • Download the Non Financial Student Card application form
  • Fax the completed form to the Campus Card Centre on +61 2 9351 7278 or via email to
  • Alternatively you can complete this form online

After you have completed your application form

  • A Campus Card Centre officer will contact you when your card is ready for collection.
  • Please bring your card with you when you collect your new card. You must return your Student Campus Card before your replacement card will be issued.
