The Careers Centre values feedback from students and employers using our services.
You are welcome to let us know when you get a job, what you think of our services, your questions or concerns with advertisements and experiences with employers.
Your comments, commendations or complaints will be reviewed and responded to by staff as soon as possible.
We will provide you with information for you to make an informed choice as to how to proceed, if you wish to.
You may phone us on 8627 8403 or visit the Careers Centre, however, we can only act on complaints if they are documented. Please email Nitsa Athanassopoulos at with as much information as possible including the name of the employer, the type of job, date/s, who you dealt with and the issue concerning you.
Your communications with us are in confidence and will not be disclosed except where required by law.
