Education to Employment
The Education to Employment website contains detailed information about:
- your rights under anti-discrimination law
- disclosing your disability when seeking a job
- resources that may assist you to find and keep a job
- requesting a workplace adjustment.
Australian Network on Disability
The Australian Network on Disability website lists member organisations that encourage applications from job seekers with disability. Some of these employers offer graduate programs and actively recruit on our campus. Internship and mentoring programs include:
- Stepping Into: this internship program is a great opportunity to gain some paid work experience over the summer or winter break.
- Positive Action towards Career Engagement (PACE): this mentoring program connects job seekers with disability to mentors from leading Australian organisations.
