CCANESA conference facilities include a Conference Room that seats 18 in boardroom format. The room can also be outfitted as a mini lecture theatre that can seat between 50 and 75 persons depending on seating format.
Conference Room facilities include:
- Conferencing telephone
- Digital projector
- Wireless microphones
- DVD player
- Hearing aid induction loop
There is also a smaller "break-out" or meeting room available that seats 6 to 10 persons.
The foyer and lounge area is an excellent space to hold a reception or serve coffee.
The rooms are serviced by a galley kitchen that includes:
- Chilled and boiling water
- Crockery and glassware for approximately 70 people
