Entry requirements

  • A minimum IELTS score of 5 or equivalent (If your English level is below this, we can organise specific support for you).
  • If you don’t have a language test result, you can complete CET’s online placement test.

What will I learn?

  • Receive mentoring from CET managers.
  • Meet University of Sydney managers and interview them on how their departments work.
  • Improve your workplace skills, such as business etiquette and netiquette, communication in meetings and on the phone, presentation and negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication.
  • Receive a ‘University of Sydney, Centre for English Teaching’ completion certificate.
  • Receive a letter of recommendation based on your project presentation.
