Compass, works with schools in metropolitan and regional NSW to support primary and high school students to feel confident and prepared for their future. We build capacity through enriched learning activities, providing information for families and professional development for teachers.
Our programs are evidenced based and linked to curriculum outcomes. We start early and work with the whole school community. We also have programs for regional students and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Your support can be directly linked to outreach programs, flexible entry pathways, scholarships and specialised academic support for these young people.
E12 Early Offer Scheme for example, is offered to students who have been financially disadvantaged during their time at school, and who show potential to succeed at the University of Sydney. As well as an early offer and ATAR concessions, students who successfully enrol under our E12 scheme receive a $5000 scholarship, an Apple iPad to assist with studies, a University of Sydney Union Access Card (which provides discounts on and off campus) as well as support for their transition to university study.
