The Sydney Graduate Certificate in Transport Management is designed for those who want to undertake a short part-time academic training course for career reasons, or to sample further study to assess whether a Graduate Diploma in Transport Management or Master of Transport Management program would be suitable for them.



A graduate certificate is a good entry point for students wanting to consolidate their understanding of Transport Management. In most circumstances, you can choose to progress to the graduate diploma or master’s course in Transport Management on successful completion of the graduate certificate.

Structure

This course has been revised for students commencing study in 2015.

To be awarded the Graduate Certificate in Transport Management, students complete a total of four core units of study (24 credit points), comprising:

  • ITLS5100 Transport & Infrastructure Foundations
  • ITLS5200 Quantitative Logistics & Transport
  • ITLS6101 Global Freight Logistics Management
  • ITLS6106 Infrastructure Appraisal.

Postgraduate Domestic Tuition Fee

This 2014, tuition fee for a domestic postgraduate student represents the fee that is payable by you in the calendar year you commence your course, commencing in 2013 for a standard annual full time load of 48 credit points (1.0 EFTSL). If your study load is more or less than the 1.0 EFTSL your fee will differ.

Importantly, tuition fees are subject to annual review by the University, and are likely to increase each year of your period of study, effective at the start of each calendar year.

Additional incidental fees

For some courses there are incidental fees additional to the student contribution and/or course fee.
