POSTGRADUATE SPECIALISATION
The specialisation in environmental law explores all aspects of environmental policy, especially in the Asia Pacific, with studies including biodiversity law, environmental criminology, environmental litigation and dispute resolution, environmental planning, sustainability, heritage law, law of the sea, Native Title, and the law in relation to the protection of the Antarctic environment.
