Master of Music Studies (Performance)
Extend your technical mastery of your chosen instrument or voice and deepen your knowledge of repertoire and performance practice.
What you’ll study
You will choose a principal study in voice, orchestral and solo instruments, early music, jazz and contemporary music practice.
This degree provides ample opportunity to perform as both a soloist and as a member of a musical ensemble. Throughout the course you will present recitals, participate in seminars, conducted ensembles and chamber groups, culminating in a public performance in your final semester.
This degree will also allow you to extend your theoretical knowledge and research skills, and tailor your learning through a range of elective subjects, seminars, workshops and internships.
