Executive Master of Business Administration
What you’ll study
The Executive Master of Business Administration is a postgraduate coursework degree that will develop your ability to address dynamic and multifaceted problems to drive positive change in a world of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity.
You will complete core units according to a prescribed schedule of study to facilitate progressive learning, comprising self-directed online primers, a major strategic project, and five 2-week residential blocks held in Australia and overseas.

Qualifications
Mandatory for course entry
Education
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
- an Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification; and
- professional work experience (typically 10 years) in a relevant field.
Selection interview
All applications will be ranked according to academic merit after the application closing date. Successfully ranked applicants will be invited to participate in a selection interview.

- Your academic qualifications, for example, completion year and grade average
- Your employment history/professional details
- A one-page statement of motivation outlining what you hope to achieve professionally and personally by completing the Global Executive MBA at the University of Sydney. Please upload this document where the online process requests Supplementary forms (immediately after the request for transcripts).
Documents can be submitted in MS Word, RTF or PDF formats.
If the results of your previous study aren't available by the closing date, you can still submit an application. Your application will be considered, providing you forward any outstanding results once they become available.
