Sydney Law School's Asian and Islamic Law Program reflects Australia's place in the Asia Pacific region. From our expanding offshore program that includes the Shanghai Winter School, Japanese Law in Kyoto and Tokyo, the South East Asia Winter School in Indonesia and Malaysia to the Himalayan Field School, which examines development and human rights in Nepal. You can specialise in fields that include Chinese International Taxation, Law and Investment in Asia, Doing Business in China and units that range from Commercial to Corporate Law and from International Law to Law and International Development that have an Asian and Islamic focus. The program is supported and informed by Sydney Law School's Centre for Asian and Pacific Law as well as the University of Sydney's Chinese Studies Centre.
