Energy and Resources Law provides perspectives on global energy security, international access to energy resources and the resolution of cross-jurisdictional energy access disputes. In addition, you will examine with more conventional aspects of Energy and Resources. Topics include: Native Title; energy resources and approvals; dealings and registrations; Environmental Protection Law; financial aspects such as project finance, energy trading and taxation; reform of the energy market in Australia and its implications for Competition Law, Third Party Access and Trade Practices, as well as the interface between energy resources and global climate change.
