Level: Postgraduate coursework
The Master of Project Management program provides you with an integrated education, focusing on furthering your career as a project manager in your chosen field. Both government and industry have long recognised the need to document and apply the knowledge gained from past experience to current and future projects in order to avoid the repetition of past failures and mishaps.
The project management program will allow you to gain insight through project-oriented empirical study, modeling and analysis of government, non-government and cross-national projects. You will learn about methodologies that may be used for the design and implementation of projects. You will also be introduced to techniques used to conduct experimental analysis of project successes and failures. This will prepare you to facilitate sharing, learning and communication of project outcomes to managers.
