POSTGRADUATE SPECIALISATION

The specialisation in commercial law offers a focus on trade practices involving competition law and consumer protection, complemented by a study of restitution, controlling liability in contract, intellectual property and electronic commerce. The specialisation also examines the regulation of financial products, investments and markets, as well as contemporary developments such as privacy surveillance and fair information practices.

You can also fine tune your expertise in related areas including: fundraising, corporate governance, financing, insolvency and takeovers and reconstructions. Units of study are also offered in international business law, commercial arbitration, trade regulation, maritime law and study in Asia Pacific legal systems.
