The specialisation in taxation is delivered in a variety of formats with tax professionals from Australia?s leading ranks and visiting professors, among the foremost international tax scholars in the world. Studies include Australian international taxation, comparative corporate, international and value added taxation, tax law in the Asia Pacific, tax treaties, business and investment income tax, and corporate taxation, especially focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and trusts and controlled foreign companies, foreign investment funds and transferor trusts.
