Level: Postgraduate coursework
The Master of Arts program provides advanced learning opportunities in the humanities and social sciences. You will undertake a program of study by coursework, which may include a research pathway in: Art History; English, History (only available in Semester 1, 2013); Hebrew, Biblical and Jewish Studies; Holocaust studies; and Social Policy.
Courses at master's degree, graduate diploma or graduate certificate level may include the opportunity for interdisciplinary study either within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences postgraduate program, or by combining approved units of study from other faculties: social policy and public relations, for instance, or philosophy and bioethics. The Master of Arts offers an enriching course of study building on your bachelor's degree major, or a rewarding pathway to a higher degree by research in the humanities or social sciences.
