LA Placement Program (BUSS2501)
UNIT OF STUDY
This unit will be taken by students accepted into the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Winter Program while they undertake a professional placement with a business, government, non-government or media organisation. It will include preparatory coursework in reflective, professional practice and concurrent coursework on research methods, report and other professional writing skills. Assessment will include a reflective journal, research essay, and oral presentations all based on the placement and study abroad experience. 8 units with a credit average.
Study this unit outside a degree
If you wish to undertake one or more units of study (subjects) for your own interest but not towards a degree, you may enrol in single units as a non-award student.
If you are from another Australian tertiary institution you may be permitted to underake cross-institutional study in one or more units of study at the University of Sydney.
