Warm Glass Elective Advanced (CAEL3002)

UNIT OF STUDY

This unit is designed for students to undertake self-directed work. It is expected that students will develop proposal related projects specific to the sub discipline area of the elective they have chosen. The Advanced Elective follows a self-directed curriculum addresses concepts, methodologies and technologies integral to kiln fusing and slumping (Warm Glass).

Lecturer and directed contact over 12 weeks, plus self-directed study; total student effort of 60hrs

Assessment

1x assessment task in week 4, 5 or 6 (20%) and 1x15 min oral examination of presentation of studio projects (80%) in week 15
