Professional Experience EC 3 (EDEC4003)


Professional Experience EC 3 is the third Professional Experience unit in the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). This unit focuses on curriculum development and models and the importance of partnering with families especially when working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Students will be expected to take increasing responsibility as the primary caregiver for children in the birth to 2 year range. There are 20 days of block professional experience in a birth to 5 years early learning setting (plus 2 lead-up centre visits) embedded in this unit.
