Professional Leadership and Advocacy (EDEC4005)


The role of the professional in early childhood services is multifaceted and complex. In this unit students explore what it means to be in positions of authority and leadership in early childhood services and to become strong advocates for quality provision of early childhood education and care and for the well-being of young children and their families.
