Improving Literacy through the Arts (EDMT6011)
UNIT OF STUDY
This unit of study encourages students to develop innovative strategies for using the Arts, specifically drama and visual arts, as critical, quality pedagogy to improve students' literacies and deepen English outcomes in primary age children. While the unit focuses on the value of Arts learning, it also stresses that teaching in, across and through the Arts must be done with integrity.
