Textes et Société 2: Littérature Moderne (FRNC2626)

UNIT OF STUDY

This unit focuses on contemporary French and Francophone theatre and is required for the major in the Beginners language stream. The objective is to develop skills in reading, analyzing and performing drama in French. The plays selected are representative of current social and cultural issues in France. Particular attention will also be given to staging, costumes, and reviews in the press.
