The Honours program in International Comparative Literary Studies consists of: 1. a thesis written under the supervision of two members of the ICLS academic staff2. three seminars that meet weekly for two hours for one semester. The thesis should be of 12000-15000 words in length. Each seminar requires 6000 words of written work or its equivalent.The thesis is worth 50% of the final Honours mark and each of the seminars is worth 16.66%.Students should consult with the Director of International and Comparative Literary Studies, Assoc Prof Bronwyn Winter in semester 1 and Dr Bandhauer in semester 2, regarding seminar offerings in 2013For more information, contact Dr Andrea Bandhauer, Director of ICLS and Honours coordinator.
