Media Relations (MECO2603)


This unit of study examines relationship-building between and among stakeholder publics. It is interested in stakeholders in a variety of sectors including news media, corporations, governments and not-for-profits. It examines media relations theories of framing and relationship-building. Students learn to develop a media relations campaign using appropriate strategies and tactics and objective measurement metrics.
