In the final unit of clinical practice in the Dental Therapy and Hygiene strands students continue to gain experience and integrate their knowledge, understanding, and skills. The presentation of case reports and oral comprehensive assessments explore how well the student integrates their understanding of the theory and practice of patient care. External examiners assess if the student is safe and competent at graduation.
