Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology 2B (VETS2016)
UNIT OF STUDY
Topics studied in this unit of study include the gross anatomy, histology and physiology of: the male and female reproductive systems and mammary glands of domestic animals, fertility, pregnancy, embryology, parturition and prenatal and postnatal development and congenital abnormalities with an emphasis on clinical relevance and applied reproduction. Incorporated into this unit is a practical on the surface anatomy of the horse.
