Type: single-study bedrooms in an apartment. Each apartment houses residents of the same gender.
Cost: $225–$235 per week (on a 1 academic year contract) or $240-$250 per week (on a 1 semester contract).
Inclusions: utilities, weekly cleaning of common areas and a furnished bedroom with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, wall heater, study desk, study chair and wardrobe.
Not provided: bed linen, towels, personal electrical items, telephone and internet
Facilities: Each floor has a coin-operated laundry, 24-hour access to University Security and the communal outside terrace on the first floor. Secure underground parking is available at an additional cost.
Additional costs: A non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 if application is successful and an $800 room deposit is required at acceptance. A car space is available at $50 per week if required. Internet/telephone may be organised with the provider of your choice at additional costs
Eligibility: Students must not have lived in University-owned student housing previously and preference is given to first-year students, and students with special needs or requirements. Students have to be enrolled on a full-time load at the University of Sydney.
